Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
For handmade, personalized, or embroidered products, additional preparation time may be required. Any applicable estimated processing time will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.
Orders are generally not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Within India: Approximately 3–7 business days.
- Remote locations: Delivery may take additional time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, shipping method, or applicable promotional offers.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details through your registered email address, phone number, or order page, where tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, subject to our confirmation and applicable law.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
We will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate the delay or missing shipment and assist you with the next steps.
